Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Workshop: From Access to Stone-Free Success

A workshop on PCNL (keyhole removal of kidney stones), set out as a manual of the different ways to get into the kidney. It covers planning the route in three dimensions from CT, choosing the tract size, and needle entry guided by ultrasound, by X-ray, or by both together, through to checking that the stone is fully cleared.
